Great chair it seems like but the neck rest broke after assembling the chair:(

This chair is GREAT, not exceptional. Some updated feedback from using it the past 8 months would be : PLEASE make better armrests. Adding the option to slide "East to West" as well as forwards/backwards would be superb. Being stationary is impractical and has led me to using a pillow until my newly-purchased, larger, padded armrests arrive. I recently had shoulder surgery and this chair just isn't the supportive, top-of-the-line product I hoped it would be. Wish the seat was a tad softer as well, but not too soft. This would benefit from another version upgrade. Also, the lumbar support could be a little more supportive or adjustable for those with curvier bodies or people that need MORE lower back support . Overall, I'd give it a 7/10. Have recommended to friends, but may not purchase again without product upgrades.

I am writing this review after using the M3 model for a couple of weeks. This chair is the best one you can buy at this price. It provides a great comfort and lumbar support. I am loving this chair as it keeps me in good posture and make me sit for more time comfortably. One thing that I felt which could have been better is the way the head rest fits to the chair. It is a bit shaky but I am still able to adjust it and use it perfectly. If not for that I would definitely give it 5 full stars.

Chair is comfortable. Enjoy using it for work and gaming. Just hope they update the instructions to assemble.

I like the way it leans back and locks, but you can tell it’s not a top quality chair - especially the headrest and footrest. My footrest was a little crooked out of the box. If I had to do it all over again I might have gotten the nicer version of this chair.

I absolutely LOVE my new chair for working from home. I started working from home a year ago and was working from my couch or kitchen table. It killed my back! I wish I would have purchased this chair a year ago! The arm rests are adjustable, same with the headrest, the chair can recline, the foot rest is 100% worth it!!! Today I put my feet up and reclined back while listening to a mandatory work webinar. It felt great! The cushion of the chair is very comfortable. Feels thick and plushy. The gray color is modern looking and will go great in my home office that is white/gray color scheme. I’ve already recommended this chair to all my coworkers, friends, and family. By the way, my husband has had to put together many chairs in the past. He said this one was by far the EASIEST to put together, so he thanked me for that.

I'm 5"4 and the chair can adjust to my height perfectly. The seat is pretty comfortably, although I'm not sure if the lumbar support makes a huge difference. I recommend getting the footrest and can't imagine this chair without it. The grey fits my asthetic.

This chair has all the bells and whistles in terms of function. Easy to assemble and feels sturdy. I am 5' 10'' medium build and this chair fits me just right.
